Biopine is Cernol’s pine floor-powder line — the institutional floor standard in Namibian hostels, schools, factories and on fishing vessels. It cleans hard floors with a mild abrasive scrubbing action and leaves the pine-fresh signature that generations of Namibian institutions associate with a properly cleaned floor.

Hard institutional floors cleaned daily by scrubbing: hostel and school corridors, factory and fish-factory floors, ship decks and accommodation, ablution blocks. The powder format gives mechanical scrubbing action plus detergent plus pine oil in one scatter-scrub-rinse cycle, and it stores indefinitely in a hot storeroom. For oily workshop concrete choose Magnus 92 instead — Biopine is a cleanliness-and-freshness product, not a sump-oil degreaser.
Scatter the powder thinly over the wet floor, scrub with a stiff broom or machine, let it work a few minutes on soiled areas, then rinse thoroughly and squeegee dry. The commonest mistakes are using too much powder (wastes product and leaves residue that turns slippery) and skipping the rinse. A 25 kg drum, dosed correctly, covers a remarkable area of corridor — which is exactly why institutions on a budget standardise on it.
Biopine sits within the majority of Cernol formulations that are biodegradable — an increasingly common requirement in institutional and government tenders. Combined with local manufacture (no shipping emissions on the finished product) and powder format (no transported water weight), it is one of the lower-footprint ways to clean a floor at scale in Namibia. Ask for the product data if your tender needs the documentation.
Yes — Biopine is one of the standard lines moving through our Walvis Bay agent, because fishing factories and vessels use it on factory and ship floors (the segmentation lists it for “factory / ships floors”). Coastal orders are supplied from agent stock or the scheduled Windhoek run, normally within two to four working days for non-stocked quantities.
Supplied from the Windhoek factory and the Walvis Bay agent, with trade accounts for resellers and volume users.
