Product use
KLENZ - 12 is a solvent detergent containing a liquid chlorine sanitizer which is ideal for removing caked-on fats and greasy soils as well as controlling microbial contamination on all food and beverage processing equipment.
Directions for use
For initial start-up cleaning use KLENZ - 12 in a dilution of 1: 20 with water. For general daily cleaning use KLENZ - 12 in a dilution of 1: 40 with water. The product is ideal for cleaning of Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines with the advantage that it cleans and sanitizes at the same time. Ref. No. 01/24
