Own Cernol formulations — manufactured in Windhoek
Cernol’s sanitizer stable covers every disinfection chemistry a Namibian operation needs: Antisep 100 alcohol hand antiseptic (WHO-compliant), Sypo chlorine sanitizer, Tetramine 2008 QAC, Hydrosan peroxide sanitizer, Steripine washroom disinfectant and Air Sanitizer for airborne control. Having all chemistries under one roof is what makes the recommended 6-month sanitizer rotation practical.

Because effective sanitizing is a rotation, not a product. Bacteria adapt to any single active over months, so Cernol’s standing recommendation is six months on a QAC (Tetramine 2008), then six on chlorine (Sypo) or peroxide (Hydrosan). A supplier with one chemistry cannot offer that; a manufacturer with all of them can switch your standing order at the calendar milestone with no new audit, dosing or paperwork.
Yes — Antisep 100 is blended to the WHO-recommended alcohol-based hand-rub formulation, the specification adopted by health systems worldwide. It is supplied from 100 ml personal bottles to bulk refills, and because it is made in Windhoek, availability does not depend on imports — a lesson Namibian institutions learned hard during the pandemic, when local blending kept sanitizer on shelves.
Hands: Antisep 100 (alcohol) or Chemkleen soap at the basin. Food-contact equipment: Tetramine 2008 (QAC) or Sypo (chlorine) per your rotation, Hydrosan where a peroxide acid sanitizer suits the circuit. Washrooms and general surfaces: Steripine. Air: Air Sanitizer with germicide. Drains and outdoor problem areas: Soil Soft or Creomul G. The point of the range is that each surface gets its right chemistry from one order.
Yes. Product data, dilution and contact-time guidance, and the rotation plan itself can all be documented for your HACCP file or hygiene audit — including the EU export-hygiene inspections that Namibian fish and meat plants face. As the manufacturer we can also confirm batch traceability, which an importer reselling foreign product often cannot do quickly.
Supplied from the Windhoek factory and the Walvis Bay agent, with trade accounts for resellers and volume users.
