Decarboniser 666
IndustrialDecarboniser, degreaser and paint stripper (liquid, re-useable bath).
Available in200 L
Available from: Windhoek
Mine maintenance degreases at a scale nothing else in Namibia matches: haul-truck components in soak baths, workshop floors the size of town blocks, and hydrocarbon rules that forbid the hose. The mining segmentation sheet lists Decarboniser 666, Magnus 755, Magnusol and Peat D — Cernol’s heavy end, blended in Windhoek on the mining belt’s doorstep.
Mine environmental management plans govern every litre used and disposed; product data sheets and disposal guidance accompany each line we supply.
Pre-order bath charges against the shutdown calendar, not the stores minimum — every mine on the belt draws the same drums in the same shutdown months.
The lines mining buyers draw from this category most.

Charged soak baths working in parallel with the fitters: Decarboniser 666 (200 L, re-usable) and Magnus 755 tanks loaded as components come off, stripping carbon, grease and paint overnight while the crew works the next assembly. The bath does night shift free of charge. Mines running planned shutdowns pre-charge tanks the week before — the segmentation sheet lists both baths precisely because rebuild throughput is the mining workshop’s defining constraint.
Dry response and contained wet cleaning: Peat D absorbs hydrocarbon spills where they land (the sheet lists it as the mining absorbent), swept and disposed per the site’s environmental procedure; parts washing happens in the bath or a bunded station where solution is captured; and OSE 750 handles residual film inside contained areas only. The chemistry is chosen so nothing needs to flow to ground — which is the whole environmental design brief.
Magnusol — the sheet lists it for industrial fall-out grease and oil, and mine fall-out is that abrasive dust-oil emulsion that packs into every recess of plant equipment. Apply, let it penetrate the paste, and pressure-rinse in the bunded bay; MPC covers the lighter engine-and-parts work. The paste is worth taking seriously: left in place it is a grinding compound that machines your own equipment between services.
Zoned powder scrubbing: Magnus 92 through the fitting bays on a weekly rotation (a bay per day keeps the scrubber crew ahead of the traffic), absorbent stations every few bays so spills never wait for equipment, and the heavy restoration pass (Magnus 215 solution) reserved for annual shutdown. The floor programme is written into most Namibian mines’ housekeeping standards — the chemistry here is simply the version that survives the traffic.
